A vertical formwork system consists of vertically arranged, adjustable shuttering panels, which can be shifted horizontally, or parallel, to each other. This vertical shuttering system facilitates the manufacturing of wall elements of varying wall thicknesses. The appropriate wall thickness is defined by the wall profile system, which is inserted between the two adjacent shuttering panels, in order to determine the measurements (length, width, voids) of the section that is to be completed.

This compaction is achieved by using fixed ,positioned high frequency external vibrators, which can be regulated by using a pre-set compaction programme. To achieve a quicker concrete curing process for finished concrete elements, it is possible to heat the cassette formwork by using a heat registration system integrated in the control panels, using thermic oil or hot water.

The shuttering panels can be operated manually or automatically. The shuttering panels are hydraulically tensed against each other during the concreting process, thus compensating for the high pressure loads resulting from filling the formwork, and compaction works.

The high quality finish achievable by utilising the WECKENMANN vertical formwork system and the level of sealing which results,prevents efflorescence on the elements.Self-compacting concrete can also be used for this system.

• The vertical formwork system can also be fitted with rostrums and catwalks, at the client`s request, to facilitate optimal access to all areas during shuttering, concreting and striking.
• The striking process has been developed in line with the production programme and is , naturally, suitable for the formwork system.
• The concrete is poured into the vertical formwork in layers, using a specially co-ordinated concrete distribution system.
• High quality, and optimal productivity, can only be achieved with a carefully co-ordinated, complete concept.
