Tilting table

Tilting tables are used for the stationary production of solid wall elements, sandwich wall elements or facades and are used where the principle “produce horizontally – remove vertical shuttering work” is required due to transportation logistics or for the structural reinforcement requirements.

The tilting table consists of a tilting beam surfaced with a steel sheet and a stabile foundation beam. By using a hydraulic system, the tilting beams can be moved from the horizontal position along the longitudinal axis by about 80 degrees so that the elements produced can be vertically lifted from this position.

Individual tilting tables can be connected together to form a formwork area by utilising coupling elements.

Various longitudinal formwork systems are available:

  • Fixed, collapsible and/or adjustable formwork profiles, optionally with injection grouting, for solid element production.

Thcompaction of the products on the tilting table occurs through

  • a vibrator with a central frequency transformer.
  • a concrete divider with a high frequency compacting unit.

The tilting table is optionally isolated from oscillation, this means that the vibration energy remains on the shell surface and does not affect the area of the hub hydraulics or the foundation frame.

For accelerated concrete curing, the tilting table can be heated by using thermal oil or hot water, heat sensor pipes are attached below the plate, which provide for a quick and equal transmission of heat.

Quality
The tilting tables are made according to the WECKENMANN quality standards, high quality steel plates with restricted flatness tolerances are used.

The tilting table is planned completely on request, either in a new or an existing building, in order to provide an optimal material flow. The planning is based on planned production with regard to the required equipment for cleaning, oiling, reinforcement, plotting, concrete dispersion and lifting.

The required stop end system is developed with regard to production program and adjusted to the tilting table.
