The production line is ideal for the production of loose and prestressed, flat concrete precast elements, such as floor slabs.

The production line is characterised by its comparably low investment costs, when compared to a circulation system and is therefore ideal for smaller production capacities of up to about 300 m² per day, or for temporary production sites.

Production lines consist of individual table elements of approx. 10 m in length, which are welded at the construction site for any required length of formwork strand.

Various longitudinal corner shuttering systems are available:

• Fixed, tilted or milled formworks for floor and double wall production.
• Fixed, collapsable and/or adjustable formwork profile optionally with grouting beams for solid parts production.

The compaction on the production line occurs optionally:

• through gliding vibration sleds

• fixed outer vibrator or through a

• concrete divider with a high frequency compacting unit

to allow for accelerated concrete curing, the production line can be heated with thermal oil or by using hot water, heat sensor pipes are attached for this purpose, below the muffler plate, and provide for a fast and even transfer of heat.

Quality
The production lines are produced according to the quality standards from WECKENMANN, high-quality steel plates with cramped levelness tolerances are used.

The production line system can be planned, on request, for either a new or existing building, in order to achieve an optimal material flow. The planning is based on the intended production performance, taking into account optional machines for cleaning, oiling, reinforcement, plotting, concrete dispersal and lifting.

The required stop end system is developed as a result of production programme, and is adjusted for the production line.
