Precast girders
Pre-stressed girders are an interesting alternative for creating slab constructions, they are easy to use and do not require complicated site logistics.
The advantages are as follows:
- Large spans without temporary support
- Easy construction (no crane needed)
- Delivery from stock
- Dimensions according to structural details.
WECKENMANN supplies complete manufacturing plants, either temporary production lines, or pallet circulation systems.
The most important system components for temporary production lines are:-
- Pre-stressed elements with formwork and heating systems
- Pre-stressing technology (tension yokes, hydraulics, tension press)
- Tension wire preparation (reel, cross-cut)
- Wire drum for the rapid production of up to 90 tensioning wires (any length)
- Concrete distributor with leveller and compacting elements
- The production winder allows for complete concreting operations along the line.
- Combo-machine that fulfils the following tasks
- Decomissioning of the finished beam
- Separation of the tension cables
- The cleaning and oiling of the track
- The beam usage machine admits a row of carriers, rotates it 180° in the usage position, transports it to the storage location and stacks it on transport packs
- Transport vehicle, for the transfer of the transfer of the transport packs and the machines
The finishing of the carriers in a circulation system varies in individual inhouse manufacturing stations.
- The tension cables are pre-manufactured on a length / situation test table, before being directly inserted into the palette with a cable insertion crane.
- The palette is tension-stiff i.e. it recognises complete pre-tension fare.
- A cable cutting machine separates the tension cords and marks the carriers: either directly, using an ink jet; or using printed labels.
