Pallet circulation system
A pallet circulation system is the most suitable solution for the efficient industrial production of flat or bar-shaped precast concrete elements, with a production capacity of approx. 200m²-2,000m² per working shift.

The concentration on individual production steps at various working stations allows for the use of processing machines, which can automate and mechanise the production process (shuttering robot, reinforcement robot, concrete spreader, cleaning of shuttering profiles) creating the basis for the formation of an optimum and ergonomic working environment. An optimal working environment combined with the workers' specialisation on individual working steps, as well as the utilisation of modern automation technology, and a pre-planned production approach contribute to the improvement of the overall efficiency, quality and the ability to meet deadlines.
The curing of the products in a controlled-climate curing chamber safes valuable time, improves the concrete element’s quality characteristics and reduces energy costs.
