Constructional precast concrete elements, such as staircases, supports, TT slabs, girders and main beams, require formwork systems that are as flexible and as easy to use as possible, which also ensure a high level of product quality.

A modern formwork construction, with a modular construction process, allows for maximum flexibility during the construction stage, with reduced erection time. The formwork is prepared to the best possible standards, which ensures a high dimensional stability and prevents efflorescence in the finished elements.

A striking system ,which corresponds to the appropriate production programme, with the perfect fixing methods - tension clamps or magnetic plates -completes the formwork system. WECKENMANN assumes responsibilty for the complete system, from pre-planning to development and reinforcement and tension technology.

The formwork can be created according the the customer`s requirements,either in a new or existing structure, to optimise material flow. The basis of the planning follows the required production performance, also allowing for the relevant equipment for cleaning, oiling, reinforcement, plotting, concrete distribution and striking.

The required separation system is developed in line with the intended product spectrum and must be compatible with the formwork system.
