Tilting tables are required for the production of wall and façade elements.

Tilting Table Design:

• Generously dimensioned base frame consisting of longitudinal and cross profiles.
• Special shuttering plate with a particularly high surface finishing.
• At least two tilting joints which are connected to the foundation.
• A hydraulic cylinder operates between the tilting joints and the table support.
• If requested, a damper register can be installed for hot water or thermo-oil.
• Depending on the concrete element, various types of side rails can be used: They can be fixed, adjustable in height or width-adjustable/tiltable.
• Fixed high frequency vibrators, in connection with a frequency converter, ensure an efficient concrete compaction process.
• It is possible to combine several tilting tables to form longer units by utilising insertion bridges.
