Constructional precast concrete elements such as staircases, columns, TT slabs, beams etc. require flexible formwork solutions which are easy to handle and ensure a high finishing quality.

Modern formworks, based on a modular construction design, allow for maximum flexibility during the production process, with short set-up times. High quality formwork solutions provide a high degree of dimensional accuracy and prevent the bleeding of the sides of the finished products.

The formwork system is completed by a shuttering system with a sophisticated locking system using tension clamps or holding magnets, which can be customized to the particular production programme. Depending on the required product spectrum, WECKENMANN develops and plans the entire production system, including reinforcement and pre-stressing technology.

The formwork can be integrated in a new or existing building, according to the customer`s requirements, in order to attain an optimal material flow. The planning is based on the overall production performance, close attention being paid to cleaning, oiling, reinforcement, plotting, concrete spreading and the lifting of the final elements.

The required shuttering system will be based on the production spectrum and will be customized to the particular formwork.
