For massive component production, preferably using standard strength ratings

The M Series is best suited to massive components production (ceilings, walls, facades); preferably using standard strength ratings with client-specific bevels and profilings. The profiles are equipped with intergrated switchable M1803 magnets. The version and number on the chosen profile and usage type.

The profiles can be used on both sides - this improves the efficiency of the formwork table, by alternating the formwork profile, while also creating 2 different profilings (per profile). The positioning of the profiles and activating the magnetic units can be carried out by hand,or by utilising a formwork robot. The de-shuttering can also take place by using a de-shuttering robot.

There are various accessories and components available for the completion of the M Series shuttering system, which allow for the creation of variable connection possibilities for butting profiles.

WECKENMANN'sfully automatic cleaning machines prolong the usage life of the formwork and the magnets.
