Concrete spreader

WECKENMANN concrete spreading systems allow for the quick and exact filling of different types of formworks, with all kinds of concrete.

The consistency of the concrete is not an important factor, whether earth-moist or self-compacting concrete, there is an individual solution for all situations:

  • Screw system: From earth-moist to medium concrete
  • Porcupine roller: From medium to self-compacting concrete
  • Belt conveyor: For earth-moist concrete
  • Gravitation discharge: For free-flowing and self compacting concrete

The concrete spreader can be operated both, via crane or with its own integrated drive system. Gantry, half-gantry or bridge trolley systems can be implemented as per user demands. Working and driving speed are infinitely variable adjustable. This guarantees a high degree of quality and efficiency. Weckenmann machines are robust and reliable for long-term and safe daily use.

Accessories

Cross sectional unit of the portal carriage:

  • This allows the unit to move independently from line to line and under the concrete dispenser.


Distribution Roller:

  • It allows for mixing of the concrete in the bucket, and supports the concrete flow.


Bucket lining:

  • Reduces the build up of rest concrete on the container walls.


Adjustment of slider width:

  • For the correction of the concrete flow with different concrete consistencies.


Radio remote control:

  • Allows easy machine usage by remote control.


Tiltable or flanged dosing system:

  • Facilitates easy cleaning and maintenance


Levelling device:

  • Ensures high-quality surfaces of the final elements.


Turning unit:

  • Allows the rotation of the bucket, which is important when producing both large-scale flat and bar-shaped components.


Lifting unit:

  • Allows for the individual adjustment of the bucket to the thickness of various concrete elements as well as the reduction of the concrete spreading height.


Roughening device:

  • Required for the manufacturing of floor slabs.


Weight measurement:

  • Required to determine the weight of the bucket content and as a pre-requisite for the automation of the production process.


Automation:

  • A CAD / CAM control system determines the required amount of concrete and automatically spreads the concrete according to defined weight and lane parameters into the formwork.
