Facade elements

Facade elements are solid wall elements of high-quality external appearance and are used for all types of housing, office and industrial buildings as elementary design elements for modern building architecture.

They are available with various surface finishing, for example, polished, etched, grinded, sandblasted, washed-out, with clinker face work etc. Facade elements are also made of different types of concrete, including standard concrete, coloured concrete, face concrete, self-compacting concrete and many other options. There are no restrictions as far as the surface design, or finishes, are concerned.

Built-in elements such as doors, windows, electrical sockets / junction boxes, wiring preparations, openings etc, can be incorporated in the elements already at the precast concrete plant. Depending on the customer's requirements, the facade element is produced as a solid wall, or an insulated wall element (sandwich; see sandwich wall).
